We sow today for the social entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
Children and adolescents from the north of Bucaramanga, starting at the age of 10, grow in a process inspired by coffee cultivation — from seed to harvest — in constant contact with older adults.
Four years, four stages, like coffee.
The project is structured in four stages — seed, cultivation, fruit, and harvest — representing a four-year training path. Each stage, symbolized by coffee, accompanies the growth of children and adolescents until they become social entrepreneurs.
A values training process from Ángeles Custodios, aligned with ASHOKA standards.
From grain to transformation.
